a good reason to celebrate.

Travis took and passed his social work licensing exam on Friday morning! Not only were we excited {relieved} because it costs $400 to take, but that means he can really get going on applying for jobs now. And he's officially done with school . . . for now, atleast.

I decided we needed to celebrate. I surprised him with a steak and lobster dinner when he got home from work. It was my first try at cooking lobster and they turned out perfect! I guess I can't take too much credit . . . it was totally easy.

I broke out our wedding china and had everything set and completely ready when he walked through the door. I asked him to text me when he was on his way home because I had some 'biscuits' I wanted to have warm for dinner once he got home. Success! He had no clue what I was really up to!

Everything, including the company, made for a fun and delicious dinner date at home.
